This is the official House Republican Playbook on strategies to undermine Obamacare.  It’s full of suggested tweets, videos and digital fliers for rank and file Republican members of Congress to use.

Although page 5 recommends using the words “Accountability, Transparency, Fairness & Competence,” you can clearly see that House Republicans are just concern trolling the President.

Nothing in this playbook addresses how to help the uninsured receive coverage.

P.S. Their citations on graphics are way too small and have mostly been discredited and/or are out of context.

House Republican leadership self-righteously criticized the Senate for not passing a budget… until the Senate passed a budget.  Now the House Republican leadership refuses to appoint conferees because the Senate won’t agree on a “framework,” also know as “preconditions.”  

They also seem to have gone radio silent on Twitter.
