Sid the Science Kid and I agree, the world becomes a much easier place to understand when explained in chart form.
Simple programs like this help children gain knowledge outside of the classroom that help them learn when they are inside the classroom. At 0.012% of the nations total budget PBS is bargain and should be a priority for Congress to fund.
